Knowing which Essential oil products to choose when going through the grocery aisles is difficult especially since many of the oils, scrubs and sprays we use on our bodies and in our houses can be very harmful. I appreciated this book because it gave me some excellent products and information to make better more informed choices about what I wanna use on my body and in my house. It's also great if you want to learn how to make some of these things, it's cheaper and i found it to be enjoyable! the directions were great and the book contains blurbs and stories that are fun to read and actually make the process a lot clearer and more personal. Essential oils are everywhere these days, there are so many options it can be overwhelming, this book really helped to make the process of choosing and making, simple for me.
