Omg, finally a book that doesn’t call for obscure ingredients that I can only use once every six months. I was so excited for this book and the fun and easy spreads! As a mom to three kids under six, it’s always snack o’clock around here, and now I don’t feel bad about it! My 6 year old son’s fave is the bacon avocado wedges, my 4 year old daughter asked when she can have the “sweet blackberry cheese crackers” (aka blackberry honey goat cheese crackers & the fall pear salad paired perfectly with some salmon we grilled. This book helped take out some of the brain work when meal planning & brought in some delight with its creative, yet easy to accomplish spreads! Highly recommend!
